| One-time Imprint Setup Charge for Table Coverings | |
| Each order requiring new custom imprinted artwork will incur a one-time imprint setup charge. This charge is per file, not per color, and assumes your artwork is already designed in Adobe Illustrator (.ai, eps) simple shape vector art (also known as line art), all fonts are converted to outlines, and your artwork meets our minimum production-ready specifications (if necessary, any art services needed for us to correct your file to meet our specifications will be charged separately). If you're unable to provide us with a proper production-ready file, please call us at 800.969.9913. For a minimal charge, we can recreate your artwork in vectors for you (when we're done, you'll receive a copy of that Illustrator vector file to use anywhere else you wish). Your production artwork is archived for 3 years. For convenient exact reprints, each production file is archived FREE for a period of three years. There will be no setup charge on exact reprint orders placed within three years of your invoice date, providing we are able to use your archived artwork without any changes. Exact product, fabric and imprint colors cannot be guaranteed on reprint orders, due to slight variations in lot runs and potential changes in production methods. Slight variations are to be considered acceptable. Call us to place your order. After 3 years, it is considered to be a new order and the custom imprint setup charge will be billed to your order. Once an order has been received and we've created an order confirmation [sample order confirmation], the custom imprint setup charge is non-refundable. |
